Not too good

First...I got this tee time cheap because of a $25 credit, it included greens fee, cart and bucket of range balls. The guy behind the counter was not very personable. I got there early to hit some balls... no go...the range was closed...Too wet. Ok...but they have mats out... that set the tone for the day. The course was ok. But, the tee boxes were terrible. The greens were in good condition but the same flag tricks on a lot of the greens.... green slopes back to front, flag is right up front behind a bunker. It got old. First time in a long time I was happy to leave a golf course. The other golfers that were there were extremely nice! Maybe it will be better in the summer.

Good Course

Booked this on Golfnow. Great value! The course is nice. The conditions were very good for this time of year. The fairways were excellent, the greens were good.... a little slow, but true. The Sandtraps were amply filled and came into play quite often. Layout was a challenge from the white tees. Staff was friendly... amenities were great. It's a little wet but only 5 holes were cart paths only. I would play again.

Fun,Fun,Fun

This course is really nice. First off, the fairways were beautiful! The natural areas were perfectly groomed. The course layout forces shorter hitters to think about shot placement and longer hitters to be accurate. Club selection on the tee box comes into play often. The greens were feeling the effects of a summer of use but we're still very lethal with subtle breaks and tricky pin placement. Players can choose to lay up, cut corners or go for it quite often. The staff and practice facilities were A 1. The cart paths excellent and the carts are state of the art with GPS and food ordering capabilities for your arrival at the turn! You have to play this course when in town! I had a lot of fun playing a challenging course...what more could you ask for?

Great fun!

People were very nice (Rangers, Starter, Pro shop)
Course conditions were very good overall.... the greens were very soft and sticky for those approach shots. I thought the layout was fun and gave you a good chance to score. Some greens were very tricky to read and the pin placement was tough on a couple of holes. All in all... a great links

Good Course

First off... I booked this on Golfnow for $10.00.... so, I had mediocre expectations... I was pleasantly surprised by the layout and shape of the course. Most fairways and greens were in good shape.
There was one fairway that was terrible, but playable. The cart paths were not in the best shape...but who cares, they got me from hole to hole. It was a good challenge for shot placement, not super long. The scenery was nice! I would play it again.

Bring your "A" game

This is a really nice course! Each hole is something different to test your skill. I played from the white tees, and found this course to be very challenging for my skill level. There are multiple shots over marsh land and all the parts 3's are fair but not "gimees" Scenery is awesome! Staff was friendly.
Course conditions were very good with some wet areas as expected because of the recent rainfall.
All in all...great experience. It's a Palmer course...that says it all! Oh...and book it on Golfnow...save some cash!

Always nice!

Really love this this course...Enough difficulty to keep you humble....But, fair. I have played this course a few times as I live in the neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the turn is very good. (Blossoms) You can tell when you play this course that a lot of time is spent maintaining the greens, fairways and rough. I have noticed lately that the fairways seem to have a lot of unfilled divots...(COME ON PEOPLE) but overall...an excellent round of golf.

How it should be.

The thing that sets this course apart from most is the customer service. From the bag boy to the Rangers... Service is top notch! They make you feel like they appreciate your business. The course itself... Excellent! The greens are really hard to stick a ball on but roll really nice! The fairways are nicely maintained and the practice facilities are excellent.
All in all... a good value! Did I mention that the Rangers actually asked me if the pace of play was satisfactory while I was playing? Keep up the good work!
