The Links At Spring Church
Played On 8/25/2013Good Course....wish it was closer....
Nice layout....Greens were a little beaten up, probably due to nice weekend weather...Got on for under $20 a piece, can't beat that...Would play again, wish it was closer to Pittsburgh....
Butler's Golf Course - Woodside Course
Played On 7/21/2013Nice Layout...Very busy
Got on for $27.50 through GOLFNOW, tee'd off about 20 minutes after our scheduled tee time, round took about 5 hours. Course was in decent shape, however some traps still filled with water from hard rains recently, greens in average shape, little bumpy from so much play. Very nice layout, like this better than lakeside, would play again, but not before 1pm.
The Madison Club
Played On 6/29/2013Definitely one of the better courses in West PA....
Course was a little wet due to all the rain we have gotten lately. Cart path only and we still played at around 4 hours. Course is in pretty good shape despite the adverse weather conditions. My only complaint is the #8 Par 3 tee box, it needs to be moved is essential all sand and clay, no grass. All in all this is one of my favorite courses to play in greater pittsburgh area.
Red at Cedarbrook Golf Course
Played On 5/11/2013Course is in good shape...Can't beat LCD GPS in carts.
Course was in surprisingly good shape. Greens were rolled and didn't have the disease, that the gold course had on half the greens late last summer. Staff could have been friendlier. Walked in and had to wait at counter for girl to finish her convo with somebody else behind the desk, then she said, "we dont typically allow our golf now people to go out on the course early, but you can go ahead there aren't any tee times schedule for the next 2 hours." You would think they would be happy to have customers period on a 55 degree, cloudy with scattered showers day.
