Painted Mountain Golf Club
Played On 05/23/2019Average suburban course
You get what you pay for. Average course in a suburban subdivision. Weaving in and out of the neighbourhood with some tight fairways that had houses on both sides which didn’t provide much room for error.
Some greens and fairways looked pretty worn down. Didn’t see any marshalls or a cart girl. Only had a restroom at the turn.
The course was pretty much straight throughout. Nothing challenging or fancy. I didn’t “recommend it” because it’s a bad course. I chose to not “recommend it” because it’s not memorable or anything to write home about. Too average for visitors like us who only get to play a few courses in Arizona every 2-3 years. Not worth the visit.
Pace of play was great though. Our twosome finished in a little over 3 hrs (playing whites) with a twosome just ahead of us and a threesome chasing us.
