Fairways are green and very narrow, tee boxes are flat, greens were watered and a little slow. Some bunkers had sand, while others had standing water.

Course is in good shape, as long as they keep the price lower, it's well worth it.

As the title says, course was in real good shape. Grass fairways, short but alive rough, trimmed greens and fringe.
Bunkers were a little hard and low amount of sand.
Biggest gripe is pace of play, had to wait 5-10 mins every hole on the front 9. Picked up to 3-5 mins on the back, but still had to wait.

The rough was lush and green, the fairways were trimmed and well maintained. Everything between the tee box and the green was wonderful.

The teeboxes are in bad shape, lots of dead/sandy patches.
The greens are dry and certainly could be improved.

This is a great course for lefties. Fairways and Greens were in great shape, but the rough was ridiculously long.
Almost every hole has a ditch/wash on the right side, so if you hit the ball to the right at all, it will end up in the ditch.
