Greens roll fast , everything else is decent condition wise. Pace of play has been very slow the last several times 5 hour rounds. Probably will not return soon for this reason.

Fairways are hit or miss depending on the hole , but overall not bad. Greens roll really nice and fast. Pace of play was 4 hours on a Sunday late morning. Good value for the money.

Got a hot deal of $32 plus fees around mid day. When we arrived the starter gave us a cart and told us to go to the first tee (they have 3 9’s). Upon getting to the tee we realized that the cart gps wasn’t working. We went back to the starter and he checked about 4 carts and told us I guess none are working , ok whatever let’s just tee off. Meanwhile while we’re dealing with this 4 carts go to the tee in front of us. The starter tells us “too bad you lost our spot “I was livid to say the least. Then he got major attitude with us like it was our fault. How about checking the cart before you give it to us. Not to mention the guys we played with had a working gps. Course conditions are 4/10. Greens roll decent but they really let this place go. I’ll never go back and will tell everyone I know the same.

Course conditions are pretty good for the rate. Greens were rolling quite fast which was a surprise. Fairways are patchy , same as tee boxes. Sand traps were the worst. Looks like they don't ever rakethem which led to some terrible lies. The layout is really challenging though which I liked. For a hot deal rate it was a good value.

Course is in great shape and a really good value for the money. Greens elevated are super firm so you have to be prepared for that. All in all really like this course.

I really like going to Palm Aire Oaks. Nice layout with a lot if challenging holes. It's usually in really nice condition, especially the greens. Played on Friday morning dispite many Canadian tourists still finished in just under 4 hours. I would recommend this place if you want a nice public course at a low price. Probably the best deal in the area.

Gret course in really nice shape for the money. Also love the driving range. Got a hot deal for $20 then at the pro shop you can upgrade for $6 to unlimited golf, range balls, and lunch. Best deal in town. Only thing about this course is the sand traps which you will most likely be in on every hole. Really requires course knowledge and perfect placement. Overall a great place!
