The pace of play was very good, fairways are wide and easy to hit. Problem is with bunkers, have no sand but hard pan and coarse "sand'; greens are slow and bumpy.

I have played this course several times before and I think now is in optimal condition. The fairways are like carpet and the greens have recovered from the winter, they are not too fast or slow, they have the best grass.

This executive course is a good opportunity to sharpen your short game; most of the holes have water in play. The greens are slow, which takes a little more practice to adjust your stroke.

The greens are very consistent and well maintained, fairways are in good condition. There are many choices in the tees, so everybody can enjoy the game using the ones that better suits them.
