New course since they have got a new clubhouse! Seems they have higher standards now. Everything looked amazing except one small flaw. Bunkers was horrible. I know it has rained but course I have worked at didn’t matter. Every morning they got turned up and raked. Even on sundays. Staff in clubhouse dining area greeted me very nicely. The two kids behind the desk was more worried about what was on their phones and their conversation than answering my questions about the course. I have played here a lot and this is about the best I have ever seen this course. Greens still slow and little bumpy in places. But they had grass all around and it was green and not crunchy. Please play. And a added bonus they had a beer girl. Seen her only on the back but it was 3x’s.

Decided to try the course out based on reviews. I have not played there in over a year and the greens was so horrible then I didn’t even finish the front 9. Now the greens are beautiful. They widened the fringes but desperately need to mow them tighter and the greens looks phenomenal! The putting green still had a few bad spots and there is still a few greens that had a few bad spots on them but wow what a difference.
Now biggest complaint now is the rough. It is so thin and y’all that the ball just goes straight down and hard to find. The gang reel mower these use to cut it makes the rough look horrible as well! And looks like they are going to start mowing the fairways wider in places as well. The greens speed was very slow around a 9 max on stint but they rolled very true. They had a small amount of rain through the night but was not cart path only and should have been on a few holes. Course is on the right path to getting back to a golf course. Really wish they wouldn’t have made the tee box’s smaller and why would they ever stop mowing the walking paths from tee box to tee box and from cart path to tee box’s since their rough is shin high is beyond me. Was a total let down!

So I have only played this course 3 times. The last two times was this year. In the spring this year I was the first tee time after a college tournament. I couldn’t believe they played with how terrible the conditions of the greens were in. Well today after giving it all spring and so far this summer I figured they would have gotten them in better shape. I will be the first to tell you I won’t be back until they are actually taken care of. The whole course was in phenomenal shape except the greens was horrible with dead spots and sand covering. I understand they are Aerating one green a day but the amount of dead no grass low and full of sand spots (big spots) all over every single green made me not even want to putt. There was 3 greens I couldn’t believe they don’t just redo cause the conditions are so bad. They have a lot of awesome staff through the whole place inside and out. From the time I pulled up to the bag drop I was greeted with a smile and warm welcomes. But whom ever is in charge of finances for the course needs to really look at the conditions of the greens and start thinking about redoing all of them in the near future. I really wish I would have taken pictures cause even the good spots on the ok greens was so rough and long the ball just wanted to bounce. Mowing everyday trains grass to be smooth and it is a good source of nutrients going back into the grass that it needs. Why you see a lot of expensive courses with greens like glass double cut and roll their greens. Btw the greens are very very small. Which is a fun thing if you are a skilled golfer but to me as a scratch golfer I felt like I was hitting onto a back yard putting green

Have been told a bunch to play here you will love it. So I did today and the course layout is nice not much rough as there is a lot of weeds and thin fairway as the rough bunkers was nice on the second hole was only time I was in them. The greens rolled decent and really good on a few holes and was faster than appeared. They need to do some work on a few of their greens and maybe move the red tees back a little as my girl friend didn’t like teeing off from the fairway instead of a tee box. Tee time was at 11:40 and was right on time. Putting green was horrible same as chipping green so we skippped that part. Greens are big wind makes a difference there as it is pretty open. Was a little sad that the cart girl never came back out during the busiest time of the day. She was pulling up to the clubhouse as we tee’d off and never seen her and #9 does not end by the clubhouse so make sure you take plenty of beer or water when you play here. Will play here again as long as it is under $28 on golf now. But should be around $20
