Foothills Golf Course - Championship 18 Course

This was the worst treatment from a select few individuals of the golf staff that I have ever experienced. It's a really good thing my teen age son was not with me, they would have made him cry. 95% of the staff on this supposed to be enjoyable 4th of July were amazing! But the actions of a couple of bullies working at the course that day, completely ruined my holiday, and gave me the feeling that I was looked at like I wasn't good enough to be playing on their course, and that I wasn't valued either as a customer, or as a human being. I don't know if I would ever come back to play this course even if I was envited back. The course itself was in okay shape except for the greens witch were hard as rock and very discolored in many areas. I was also pretty unhappy with the condition of the cart we were given as the club and ball washer was bone dry and when I went to fill it up myself, all the water completely drained out and it wouldn't hold water. Its sad to see that the hard work and effort of the majority of the staff, was completely ruined by a couple of employees who should have no right to even work in the positions they have let alone work on a golf course period. The manager and the head pro should be completely ashamed by the actions of these employees and the lack of customer service being presented at this course. There are many other courses in the area that will not only value your business, but also will treat you with respect, no matter what day it is, your level of experience, or even how busy they are.

This experience started at check in and got less enjoyable throughout. I would have to say the only positive things I can say about it would be the cart girl was awesome and always on point, and I wasn't rushed. The trash cans on every hole were full, the water coolers were not accessible from the presence of wasps. All the bunkers were overridden with weeds, and I was told to stay on the fairways because the paths and rough were to bumpy to drive the carts on. The staff at the counter was rude, and gave me the impression of arrogance. While I was waiting in line to check in, the register person stopped helping the customer that was paying, and started watching what was happening on the TV and discussing with the other staff person who was just sitting there, about who was in the lead at the golf Olympics. This is why I feel golf is in trouble and the only positive from playing here was the cart girl was awesome and doing her job.

I found the perfect tee time for an amazing price and even though I made a mistake and booked my time for two days later, the gentleman at the front desk made my day and set me up anyway!!!

I had a horrible experience.the staff there did not seem like they wanted my business.I was told that golf carts are not allowed on the blue course but only on the gold course. those two courses are intertwined with each other and so close together I don't know why you would allow carts on one but not the other.

For the most part a decent 9 holes the only thing I would complain about is how pushy the staff was to get us off the course before they close so they could get out of there early.I understand it's Labor Day but that's when golf courses make a lot of money and just because I was the last one on the course doesn't mean that my money isn't worth as much as the guy that started at six a.m. it really made me feel like a unvalued customer
