Other than a rough being a little shoddy and the greens needing mowed the course was in very good shape

Hadn't played there for bout 5 yrs. forgot how much I enjoyed it. Greens that hold ,manicured fairways and nice tee boxes. Very tough back nine. Enjoyed my round. .Will return.

Bent tree has always been one my fav courses. Try to play it 3or4 times a yr. course was in great shape. Leafs not a prob and fairways and greens in great shape. Enjoyed my day.

Have wanted to play this course for yrs. Drove from Marion to play. Was very impressed with the fairways traps and greens. Was with the drive. Will definately play again soon.

Played with 2 others in our foursome. I usually play quickly but these guys were slower than the growth of a tree. Love the front nine at oakhaven very challenging. Pace of play was very slow. Something that should b monitored better

I come to this course usually 3 or 4 times a yr. one of my favs. Played the back 1st and was very disappointed in the course condition. Traps not racked fairways dried and cracked and greens in sad shape. Was told" due to maint issues". Really? This is rotine maint and neglect. Very sad.

Course in pristine condition. Greens were lightning and rolled great. Started to rain and we asked for a raincheck Was told "we don't give rainchecks for hot deals". Will not return to play again.

Definately an improvement over last yr when the traps were a mess. Rough need to be cut down. This isn't the u.s open.

I have played this course in the past and always liked it. Today the greens were rough the fairways were long and the rough needed mowed badly. I was not impressed even at 9 bucks. Place has been in better condition.

First the driving range was "closed for maintenance " but had people hitting balls. The course itself was not in great shape. Greens were sandy and patchy. Fairways were shoddy at best. Overall not 100 buck course that they were asking. Bout 30 bucks would be all would pay to play there again.

Have been coming to phx for 10 yrs every spring and the Biltmore is always on my list to play. I'm from Ohio and we don't have a course this pristine for the public to play.Greens always perfect, fairways nice and tee boxes nice. Only downfall is 2.75 for. A soda.

Very nice layout Super greens. Lush fairways. Very tough but fair course. Only hole that was a killer was a 217 yard par 3. Brutal. Will play this course every time I visit phx. I'm from Ohio we don't have anything close to this layout.

Was not impressed with shape of greens and rough. Course needs lot of mowing. And have someone blow pine needles off green once in a while.

Got a hot deal for 14 bucks. Course in good shape for April. Greens and fairways were in good shape. Sand bunkers are being repaired and will be ready soon. I play here 6 times a yr and recommend it

Course is well maintained.Only downfall was a girls dist tournament that was suppose to end at noon..Didn't happen.

This course is very challenging and is in pristine condition,Have played there lots of times and would again in a heartbeat.

Had some major flood damage but course is being reseeded and should be back soon.
