It was a hot one out there as this course is built into a wetlands and the surrounding trees make it tough to get any breeze at all. Loved the layout but the greens seemed to have Vern very sandy making it tough to putt

Course was in good shape and a nice easy round. Played in just under 3 and a half hours and really didn’t wait much at all even with two foursomes ahead of my threesome Will probably play again if I’m down here on vacation again!

I was visiting the area and got a great rate on my 1:00 pm tee time but the course really wasn’t in great shape and the pace of play especially on the back nine was horrible. Turned into a nearly 5 1/2 hour round after making the turn in less than two hours! And they had a wedding reception there which meant no real food options. Listen happy for the couple and they had a beautiful day for the wedding but I guess I got a little “hangry” with the long waits and no food on the back nine.
