The place is AWESOME for the price & availability....( summer fees )
I place a lot on the GREENS ....They have them in superb shape ...( as they always seem ..their ground keeper does incredible work ) ...the lay - out keeps the place challenging.... The staff pulls it altogether....

I must say that it's encouraging to see the positive results happening at Eagle Marsh .
The effort the owners have put into place is very commendable.
The traps are very playable ...the fairways cut low enough for the ball to have a decent lye....& yes some greens could use some cutting & rolling , but where don't they....
I wouldn't hesitate recommend friends to play a round or two there ...keep up the good work ...it's paying off..
Martin Downs Country Club - Osprey Creek Course

. Playing at Martin Downs when I can has always been a real treat .
I find the fairways are forgiving & the lay-out is enjoyable , but what really stands out are their GREENS.
They have an excellent roll to them .....well maintained & the way their situated brings in your short game .
I can say that when I can get out on Martin Downs , it's never been a disappointment. Enjoy !!
