Played On 08/14/2018Good Layout, Greens Seemed Beat Up
Overall the course was a good value. The layout was great. Not many holes side by side. Clubhouse was clean, range was smaller than normal but sufficient for a quick warmup. Putting green was very similar to regular greens speed wise. Fairways and rough were in good shape. Most of the bunkers were in ok shape but seemed to be it regularly maintained. Some seemed like they were manicured, some not. A couple were washed out but as an out of towner i heard there had been a ton of rain lately so i can excuse that. The greens were very weird to me. A couple, namely number 2 were pretty beat up, had a lot of dead spots. The issue i had with all the greens was that the fringe on all of them was dead or treated badly or something. It was very distracting. It was discolored and just gnarly. Again it may have been the recent weather or something but it was hard for me to adapt to. Overall not a bad course for the money and I’d probably play it again hoping that the greens were in better shape.

Played On 08/11/2018Great Layout, In Good Condition
Visiting town from Ohio i have been playing a few different courses this weekend. This course was a phenomenal layout, above average conditions. I have heard from the local that some courses were beat up from the recent winter and rains but this course was in above average condition. Played from the blues which was about 7000 by the scorecard. Not much roll In the fairways but i ended up shooting 79. Greens were very receptive and overall in good shape, rolled very true. Overall a great course. Would absolutely play it again. Great value with the online tee time. As a couple other reviews said the clubhouse is being built so not many amenities in the clubhouse but that’s not what i go for. Overall great course, no complaints.

Played On 08/10/2018Good Layout, Rough Conditions
Playing this course as an out of towner. Layout of the course was fantastic. Tree lined holes, strategic bunkering, very few blind shots. I really enjoyed playing the course. I’m a 7 handicap, played from the burgundy tees, 6700, and shot my best round ever 72. That being said the course was in pretty poor condition. The fairways were in good shape with the exception of 9 and 18 which were basically unplayable. A lot of the rough was in pretty bad shape. I heard from the locals that a lot of courses were beat up from the winter so maybe this was typical. The greens were about average. Very soft, lots of bumps and unfixed ball marks. The food in the clubhouse was good and the staff was pretty friendly. Overall for $35 online it wasn’t bad. Don’t know if I’d play here again. I heard the local HOA was taking over the course. Hopefully they do good things and keep the conditions up and it would turn out to be a fantastic course. As it stands now, average to slightly below.

I'd stay away for a few weeks. Played this morning, started on 10, which is the worst hole in central Ohio in my opinion, and it was completely a mess. Fairway was burnt out, dead, dug up, something. It was beat up. Got past that par only to get to the green and see it was aerated 5 days ago. No one told me this, website didn't say anything. I was very annoyed that they don't have the common decency to tell people when the aerate. It also seemed as though they hadn't cut the fairways in 4-5 days, and the ones they had cut had clumps of grass everywhere. I play his course 6-7 times a summer because it's 5 miles from my house. I was very disappointed in the shape of the course as well as them not telling me before I paid that it had recently been aerated. I'll probably stay away from here for a while, maybe the rest of the summer until they get the greens under control.
You had a career round and liked the course and the food and the layout and you gave it three stars? I don't disagree with the three stars but for different reasons.
