This could be a really nice course if they even attempted to maintain it. The course is moderately difficult with a lot of undulations in the fairways which I love. However, the fairways and the collars of the greens were brown even with a lot of rain in the last several weeks. All the sand traps had weeds growing in them. The golf cart paths were absolutely horrible...this is never a big deal to me but (and I am being dead serious) some of the paths were actually scary. We had to drive to the right or left of the so called "paths" because there was a risk of tipping over. The greens were fine...nice and soft. The Staff was great. Course direction was also lacking. We had to look around for the next tee box because there were no signs to give us directions. I've played many courses over the years and I can usually find the next tee with little effort but when you have to drive 50 to 60 yards to the next tee without directions, it makes it a little difficult to find.
Like I said, this course could be great if they just put a little effort into maintaining it. I might try it again next year to see if they have made improvements but I would not recommend playing it right now.
