The course was in fantastic shape. Fairways are lush. The greens are still a little bumpy and need another week or so to heal from aeration. It’s been two years since I last played there. But won’t wait that long to come back again.

I love this course and so do my golf mates. Have played here several times and for the value it’s worth the drive from West Volusia. The only downside is the greens. Too many dead spots. And that’s mostly the wet weather problems Florida suffers through in the summer. Will give the greens a while to bounce back and rebook in August. The fairways were in great shape.

I have been playing this course since 2003 and it is always in great shape. Beautiful course, easy location and I booked one day ahead got the time I wanted and the cost was less than $50.00 and as we natives know, that's a great rate this time of year (FEB). The greens were really fast...and as a result it took several holes and a number of 3 putts to make the adjustments. Still had a great time and the weather was fantastic.

When we got there at noon we were put right in the middle of some sort of best ball tournament. A really long story short---it took over 5 hrs to play 18. There's no snack bar at the turn, just a rest room with water and ice. Make sure you bring your own snacks. After the round we were followed to our cars by some guys who insisted they clean our clubs, which weren't dirty, and then they stood there and watched as we put our clubs into our cars. Not really sure what they wanted. We let them take the carts back to the cart barn. I would recommend this course-its in good shape, its just operated a little funny....

Played this course about 6 years ago...It is still a challenge. The greens were in excellent condition. After 18 holes you are drained. 18th hole should maybe be the 9th hole. Unfortunately, we must have been following a best ball tournament...it took us 5 hours to finish! The pace started off slow and it gradually got slower. Need to ask the right questions before booking again. We were given helpful tips on playing holes #1 and #14...thank you. I will play this course again and I recommend it to anyone that wants a challenge to their game.

I love this course. Staff is friendly and helpful. Have played here many times under many different conditions and the course is in excellent condition right now.

It has been a number of years since last playing Cypress Head. Enjoyed the challenge. Course mgmt is crucial playing this course. Will be back soon to see what I learned. All of my golf mates enjoyed the course also.

I have not played BB for several years. And trying to find the course in the darkness of morning was next to impossible. A sign at the intersection of 44 & 44A would be very helpful coming from the East. With mileage and smaller signs along the route. Since it had beenso long since last I played, I brought two Australian friends because we enjoy the links style course. My map quest app was no help. Please more signs!!

I like the course. Played there many times. The greens were incredibly fast on this day. We played four courses in five days. And Timicuan was the fastest by far. But I will play it again.
