Course was not in great shape...Northern course is better...showed lack of maintenance work on course...lots of cart tire marks in soft areas some in front of greens and lots of palm tree fronds all over ...greens also had lots of stuff in the way for putts

Semi-private course so lots of residents that are not great golfers playing the course which slows down the play. That being said lots of different types of hole layouts some more challenging than others - front 9 less challenging than the back. Overall nice course that you should try to play at least once while visiting the area.

This is one of my favorite courses in the Daytona Area located in New Smyrna Beach...BUT really surprised at the condition of the greens which apparently has some sort of fungi so putting was extremely poor...disappointed that the course would not inform golfers prior to play or at least discount the round for the poor conditions!!!

This is an enjoyable course with the first 9 being a little more challenging than the back. They need to lower their pricing on their rounds to attract more golfers to the course though...maybe a marketing person would help?

Love the course and one of our favorite courses in the Daytona Bch. area. Course could use some TLC but taking the weather has been a little hotter with very little rain somewhat understandable but with some additional attention could be our favorite course we play in the area...

Don't waste your money on this course pay a couple dollars more and play a course that you would enjoy...

Very unique in that the runway is right in the middle of the course for this fly-in community. Enjoyed watching landings and take offs and some aerial maneuvers in the sky...great track to play and extra entertainment made for an enjoyable round...and off set wait time at each hole;;;

Course greens were very inconsistent in that some were fast and other fairly slow. Cart paths non-existent and very beat up areas where original paths were. Fairways in decent shape but layout of greens and tee boxes were very close together and with the amount of golfers playing the course with little experience can't believe more people wouldn't get hit by poorly hit balls.

Played the South course first and was in pretty bad shape and since the North course was supposed to be the better of the two gave it a go and sorry we did! Definitely a waste of your Golfing $$$$ pay a little more for a better course(s) and stay away from these two...

Nice course with lots of room on fairways to stay out of trouble...water around several holes and sand on all but great course to play.

Lots of waste bunkers on the course but no water holes...Challenging undulation with lots of downhill lies...even though course says the waste area are not sand traps most of them had soft sand so played more like a trap than a waste bunker in most cases.

Course allowed a group older group of golfers (5 some) in front of us which were walking and definitely slowed play. Some of the greens were in ok condition but several were in very bad condition with large patches of sand. If you are looking for a very cheap first round of the year course this would be ok. Won't suggest the course for any serious golfers or those looking for a quality course.
