Only negative would be the condition of the gateways. A lot of water grass making gateway lies rough in a lot of places. Greens were excellent and rolled fast and true.

We played the course in an extremely windy day (20-25 mph). The course is all in front of you as most holes are straight. The greens were punched but they were also rolled so they pitted well. Would play it again but would look for a discounted price as it was a little pricey even by SW Florida standards for a relatively bread and butter course.

Great staff and very helpful. League went out before us but ranger kept everything moving smoothly. A little over priced but this is high season in SW FL so not out of the ordinary this time of year.

Very good experience but the greenskeeper must have been angry today. All pins were extremely close to the edge of the greens (4’ to 6’) and most were tucked behind traps so scoring was extremely difficult.

I've played this course several times while in Marco Island over the years and always find it a nice layout, but the course itself could use some attention. The fairways are forgiving, but in real need of attention. Grass is sparse in areas and non Bermuda grass has crept in. Greens are quick and will hold, but again they are seeing other grass (or weeds) creep in. I will play here again, but only with a deal as the regular price is a little steep for what you get.

Was a little apprehensive about playing here due to some earlier reviews but went ahead anyway due to the closeness to where I was staying. Pleasantly surprised. The course is a very playable course but there is trouble to be had as well. A little long for older players from the white tees, but overall very nice. Fairways were in good shape and rough was playable, but long. Greens rolled nicely and relatively quick. The bunkers could use some more sand though. Paired with 3 enjoyable golfers that made the round a fun time. Would definitely play again and recommend to those looking for a relatively inexpensive Scottsdale area course.

Played here yesterday and had a great time. Was paired with a member so had an advantage of local knowledge. The course had plenty of water and sand, but only the green side bunkers really come into play. Fairways and tee boxes were above average, but the greens make this course difficult. Very few flat or straight putts. Greens rolled true, but you need to be careful or you'll three putt more than you'd like.

It's too bad a great course layout has fallen on hard times or at least that's what it appears to have happened. I played here in December and thought it was just a bad time of year, but the course hasn't improved with the exception of the greens. The fairways are really in poor shape. The grass is of various types with a lot of weedy areas in the middle of the fairways. The tee boxes are really chewed up and in need of repairs. It's unfortunate as the layout is one of the best I've seen in the area, both challenging and fair. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating, but unless you can get a really good deal I'd say go somewhere else for now.

Nice track. Challenging but fair and playable. Fairways and greens in good shape. Greens hold when hit and fool true . Tee boxes could use a little work though. Would recommend it for play when in the area.

When I played the fare ways were in tough shape. There were too many spots that could use some overseeding . Greens were quick and true though.
