I love playing Lakeland, it is such a fun, challanging layout, and they work so hard to keep it in great comdition.

It's absolutely amazing that the crew working here has brought this course back into such great shape so fast! The greens are immaculate and fast, bunkers are a fun challenge and the fairways are really benefitting from the tree removal program. What's amazing is how with 300 trees removed, it still is a tree lined course that requires ball control or pay the price, which is what I enjoy. Good job to all involved with bringing this gem back to life! Give them a few more months and the conditions will be five stars, the same leadership did just that at McCormick Woods last year.

Played here a couple of months ago, I have always enjoyed the layout of this course. Conditions then were not bad, but I was completely surprised at how despite this brutal weather for growing grass the condition that they have the course in now! Fairways are not parched or dead and the greens are beautiful and rolling nice. They were out aggressively watering on this 90 degree day, good job to all.

My second time playing here, it got the best of me again, but that just makes me want to come back even more. They were doing a little maintenance on the tee blocks and fairways, but it was still in great shape. The terrain that they had available for this course has made this a very fun and interesting layout, that while tough it is still fair. In my group I had three friends that had not played it before, a 1 handicap, a 3 handicap and a 9 handicap. They could not quit complimenting the conditions and layout, the 9 handicap shot an amazing 1 under 35 on the front, before reality came back and he shot a 48 on the back. We’ll be back again soon!

Wow, the clubhouse is looking nice, the course was in very good condition, especially for March! Always a good challange, which makes a good score mean something, and today was a good day!
