Overall the course was in great shape, greens were in almost perfect condition. MAJOR ISSUE is it took almost 6 hours to play a round. The last 3 holes it was it was almost to dark to play. The course Marshall did not do a good job at keeping the pace of play. Even with that the course and condition along with cost this course is well worth the money.

This is a nice course to play. Greens are true but very hard. As in like concrete!!! Fairways are ok. They are like hard pan in some places but ok in others. Tee boxes are very hard as well. Basically you will get a lot of roll in the fairway and no stop or spin on the greens. And if you book on golf now it will be more money then what it says is due at the course. I would have payed less just booking a tee time at the course.
