Beautiful well manitained golf course. First time playing here but I will be back. Layout is fair for the average golfer. The greens are tough. They are fast so you need to control the pace of the put. Otherwise your 6 feet past the hole. Hole locations are tough. Sloped greens along with the speed will force you to put the ball in the right spot.

Very nice golf course. The day we played the pin positions were wxtremely tough on crowns of breaks. greens were realatively fast so putting was a challenge. Enjoyed the round,

Golf course was in nice shape. Greens were relatively quick. Tee boxes and fairways were in good shape. Had an enjoyable round of golf and I will play the course again.

Beautiful well kept golf course. Greens were quick and true. Had a great time. We will be back. Could use a little more sand in the traps.

The ciurse was in beautiful shape and the layout is nice. Two issues I saw with the course were that there is not enough sand in the sand traps and the greens were painfully slow. Some of the slowest I have played in a while.

The course was in pretty good shape. It seemed like the fairways were starting to get a bit firm. Haven't played here in a few months and the greens here are much slower then the greens on gold course we have been playing.

The course is in very nice shape from tee to green. Well watered and maintained. Pace of paly was terrible. A fivesome was let out ahead of us which should not have happened. Last six holes we waited at every tee box and no one came around to even try and speed up play. They have to do better then that.

The course was in great shape. Fairways, tee boxes and greens were beautiful. Our group got a really good rate here and decided to play. We were not disappointed. Great course. Will play again.

Had not played here before because the reputation the course had was not good. Decided to play anyway and our group enjoyed the course and will come back
The only downside is the bunkers which need work,

When we got to the course we were told it was cart path only due to recent percipitation. I have a bad hip but we played anyway since I had booked this through golfnow and would have had to pay anyway. Pace of play very slow. Waited 10 minutes on almost every tee box and another five to hit the next shot. Does not make for an enjoyable round of golf and the course management did nothing to speed up the pace of play. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this course. My partner and I quite after thirteen holes. Just was an unaccelptable pace. When I got back to the clib house I spoke with personnel about what had happened and went to the clubhouse for lunch. A while later we aere approached by the manager and was offered a discount on a round of golf. I refused this because I thought why would I put myself through this again. He said he understood and left. At the end of the meal our wattress said the manager had comped our meal which was very nice of him but does not change the fact that I will not play here again. It seems like they will not try to speed up slow players and risk upsetting them and losing future business which I understand. This is not well thought out since they do not take into account how many people say nothing but they do not come back. They need to institute a pace of play policy and inforce it.

We have had some rain here in Phoenix the last few days but the course was in great shape. Greens a bit slow from the rain. Biggest issue I had was that when the holes were cut in the green they were crowned. When you putted if the put slowed down it would veer off and miss the hole.

The course is being readied for fall overseeding so it was not in perfect shape. However the course was in good condition, sand trap conditions were variable, greens were good. I enjoyed the layout and I am sure after the overseeding is complete it will be a very good golf course.

Where to start. There were weeds all over the course. But that is a good thing because at least they were green. Hardpan every where. If you hit a ball in the fairway you should not be hitting your next shot off from hardpan. The ground is extremely hard. The greens were fuzzy and very slow. There are signs that the greens may be better in a few weeks. Tons of maintenance is needed on the course. This time of year i expected to see much more being done getting ready for their prime season. Not well taken care of. I will not go back.

The golf course was in pretty good shape. Tee boxes and fairways were nice. Greens were a bit bumpy and the sand in the traps was new and much too soft. The pace of play was horrendous. We waited on evewry tee box and sewcvond shot from the seventh hole to the eighteenth. No one came out to try and speed up slow groups. If this is goig to be their policy then they need to increase the time between groups teeing off. Very poorly managed. Was not an enjoyable day trying to play golf. Very disappointing.

My partner and I have been playing many ofthe courses around the valley this summer. Verrado has some of the best conditions we have found. Greens, fairways tee boxes were in great shape. The greens held a shot well. The bunker sand was really good. Greens were tough to put. We thought we saw breaks that weren,t there.

The coursewas in very good condition. Tee boxes, fairways and greens. Not sure how true the greens were putting though. The sand in the sand traps is terrible and in some cases the sand is not deep enough.

The course was in excellent shape. Has some of the nicest fairways I have played on this summer and better then many courses in the prime of golf season. Greens putted true. Had a threesome in front of us that played kind of slow. Wouldn't let anyone play through and of course no one came out to speed them up..

The golf course was in pretty good shape. There are areas however of dead grass, hardpan etc. The greens did not hod shots well which makes this a very difficult course to play and somewhat unfair. Hoe can you have a course with many of the greens setting on a hill which runs off in all directions and not have the greens hold an incoming shot.
