River/Maple at Fowler's Mill Golf Course
Played On 06/19/2021Beautiful place
Loved playing this course today. Other than a dead cart battery and some waiting, it was a great round. Even the rain couldn’t dampen my thoughts on this place. Such a fun, playable layout with a good mix of length, short holes, elevation changes, and scenery to enjoy during your round.

Played On 05/02/2018Great course!
Played 9 after work. Was really impressed with the conditions considering the weather of late. The staff was helpful getting me out quickly, and I didn’t have to wait until the last hole to hit any shots. Course is a bit pricy, especially considering the time I played (and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a special or a discount here), and tee boxes could be marked a little better, but it’s definitely a first class venue.

Played On 06/11/2014Greens were tragically awful
I saw this as a hot deal and was excited to play the course since I had heard good things. I was rather disappointed that I saw nor heard anything about the greens until I got up to the first green and saw my shot in the "rough." I understand that the weather affected the greens, but I would like to have seen something about their conditions before playing or a sheet with updated distances. Other than the greens and some other turf issues that were being worked on while playing, the course itself was pretty good. I thought the back nine was much tougher than the front nine both distancewise and with shot angles. I feel like it would be tough to give a truly accurate assessment given the greens, but I'd be interested in coming back once the course is put back together.

Played as a hot deal. Had heard the course was good, was excited to see the course. Very disappointed that there was no notice in the carts or from the pro shop about the poor green conditions and notice from hole to hole about some greens being where they were. I do like the layout and some of the shot angles, but I was hoping for a little more.
Our most sincere apologies for the conditions of some of our greens. We have received some winter wind damage from the sub-zero temperatures on some of our greens. We are currently working a plan including aerification and box seeding as well as use of temporary greens. This plan is being executed throughout the month of June with hopes of typical conditions by July. Please contact me directly at amberteetime@gmail.com if you would like more information
The Links at Heartland Crossing
Played On 6/9/2013Course was in solid shape.
A few bunkers had issues with definition and the carts were not very good (both carts died in our group, plus GPS didn't always line up with hole location), but the course was very nice and in good shape.
