Villa Olivia Country Club
Played On 08/31/2023Great Course to get a Round in
The course is in great shape right now compared to some of the courses I play in TX. I had a 1050 tee time on an Thu and played the round in 2 hrs 30 min and didn’t catch up to a group until the 15th hole. I would play it again.
Riviera Maya Golf Club - Championship Course
Played On 05/02/2021Excellent course to in the Playa Del Carmen area.
The course was in excellent playing condition. The greens where rolling true and average speed. It cost $160 to play or they’ll charge you $138 if you’re a resident of Bahia Principe Resort, but you can’t beat $117 thru militaryteetimes.com (golfnow subsidiary) for the area.

Good layout with great greens rolling true. The fairways were hard as cement.

Moody Gardens Golf Course

Moody Gardens was a great course with a great price. Played it for the first time on the 10th of Mar. the weather was a little foggy but nice and cool. The greens were in great condition. Plenty of water all over the course.
Lake Chabot Golf Course - The 18 Hole Course

I like the setup on this course. It does have some good hills and blind shots. I was lucky to pair up with two locals who play there all the time. They're advice of where to place shots was right on point. The range still closed and they are working on half of the first hole. So #1 is a shorten par 3 instead of being a par 4. The 18th par 6 was a nice challenge.
The Resort Golf Club

The course's fairways were hard as a rock on most areas but the greens were good and fast. For the deal I got thru golfnow, it was a good value.
