The first time I played here the course looked like it hadn't been watered in ages. This time there were pools of water in fairways and bunkers and you had to watch where you stepped due to the mud. Ok, it's been raining. Several of the greens have the most interesting (read ridiculous) layouts I've ever seen.

My primary reason for not wanting to return was the $12 charge for my wife to walk the course with me (she doesn't golf) and the $4 charge for a pull cart. I've never paid to use a pull cart!

There are too many local courses that don't nickel and dime you and have a much nicer track.

Last time I played here 2 or 3 greens were being redone. Those greens were on less than great condition as were most of the other greens. Most looked like the surface of the moon.

This is a nice course tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Lots of wildlife centered around the creek which is part of almost every hole.

The course offers challenges with the creek and sometimes different wind patterns. Tee boxes can get a little rough at times.

They need to fund a way to make it feel more like a community in the club house. Most people just play and leave.
