Always a great experience playing Lookout Mountain. The staff friendly and accommodating promoting the course and all it represents. Well done!!!

I was impressed with the course conditions during November. I do not know if overseeding occurred. The condition of the course was in great shape. Kudos to the course superintendent for his experience and knowledge in course maintenance. I played during the late afternoon and the greens were still rolling well.

I inquired about yearly membership fee from a friend and at first review appears as a good deal. Was informed that the annual fee was good for only Lookout Mountain. As much as I enjoy Lookout Mountain, I like to play other venues. I am not aware if Lookout Mountain has reciprocating benefits at other Hilton affiliated courses. It would be a strong selling point to have the ability to play other represented courses under one yearly fee.

This a well maintained course. The tee boxes were good. The fairways well manicured. A few hard spots but that is always expected at all courses The greens were fast and the ball rolled true Lots of undulations and not many even level areas on the greens which made for challenging putts. The only issue is with the bunkers The sand was a bit hard and not fluffy I would suggest that the course put softer sand for bunker shots. White sand preferred. A great layout and recommended to play again and again .

The course was in fairly good shape. The fairways were cut and the greens rolled well. The rough was light and manageable. The sand has no sand {when i was in it}. The major drawback was the length. For a high handicapper this is an excellent track. I have a 4 handicap and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations.
