Lovely course. Need to be accurate off the tee but not too punishing if you do stray. Fairways were in great condition and the greens were pretty fast despite all the rain. Really enjoyed the round. Would definitely play again. I thought it was a tiny bit expensive compared to some other similar courses I’ve play but still worth it for such a nice course.

Always wanted to play this course as I’d heard good things. The first 5 holes however were very straightforward up and down as you find on many cheaper courses. From hole 6 onwards though it was a different course. Really varied, lots of elevation changes, well positioned hazards. The 15th has to be one of the most daunting holes I have ever played. It all made for a great round and was a fair test for our mixed ability 2 ball.

We started our round immediately after a huge downpour, despite this the course was still in pretty good condition. A few of the greens had standing water but the still played pretty fast and true. The course is a little crammed in and there were at least 4 holes where you play across another hole. It was easy to stay safe though and it made for a quick round without walking miles between tees. As a high handicaper I found the course challenging but not ridiculously punishing if I was too far off the fairway.
Overall it was a really enjoyable round and would definitely play there again.
