Typical Florida gated community golf course. Straight forward, wide fairways and flat greens. Also typical, it looks like the HOA no longer wants to maintain the course. Shame as it could be nice. Not as horrible as some have said but does need work. Club house is nice and the young lady there was very pleasant. There was virtually no one on the course when I played so it turned out to be a great practice round.

First, let me say it was December when I played and the grass was dormant. Having said that, the course was in great condition. As to the layout, reminds me of a Donald Ross design where you very seldom get a flat lie. You would have to be a mountain goat to walk this course. As an example, there is a medium length par three where the green is by my estimate 100 feet above the tee box.. I found it fun to play and would recommend to anyone looking for a different track. Staff was friendly.

Mid January is not prime time for a golf course. However, other than dormant Bermuda rough (no complaints here) everything else was in surprisingly great condition. Not overly difficult if you stay within your game. Huge greens. Great views along the ocean.
