I actually played pretty well and had some birdie try’s on many of the greens but was BLOWN away by how slow they were. I could not get the pace right at all and it screwed up my game going to a track that had “normal” paced greens.
The course is definitely challenging with how narrow it all is and was fun to play different clubs off the tees! Had a great time with the pace of play and wanted to mention that the bunkers were in good condition. Worth a play, just hit it hard on the greens.

I played this course 2 weeks after it turned public and was blown away with the condition of the greens. As the years and owners have changed the courses conditions have diminished. ALL of the green are in shambles! Like it’s been punched all year round. Definitely a price break compared to Sierra lakes but not fun putting on pox marked greens.
The second disappointment is the bathroom situation. As of now there is only one but it’s the ONLY one for the whole course and it’s under constant construction. You guys can’t afford for higher end ports-potties throughout the course?! It’s not the best solution but at least it’s an attempt.
I really am not trying to complain, I’m trying to just communicate how much I miss the quality and potential of this club. I hope it’s just a phase and I’m just in the middle of it

I’ve never seen so many ball marks on EVERY green! No maintenance at all on all greens. At least they’re consistent. It made putting ridiculous and for the course the money they’re asking for to play here it should be in better condition

Do yourself a favor and play this track! Challenging and well kept. Played when it was over 104 and they offered “mango scented ice towels” for the patrons! Just one of the many courses in palm desert worth putting on a must play list.

Greens were great and not knowing them too well I was able to steal a couple birdies. Total throwback to a 70s style but with an up to date twist. Amazing for the money!

The greens were slow for me but in great shape otherwise. Some of the fairways were patchy but I was impressed overall. The blues were an actual difference from the whites, which was nice. Most holes had a 30 yard difference and 18 was a 100 yds more so it was cool to have a choice that mattered.

I will admit that the greens were in goodish shape. But the fact that in the middle of each and every fairway there was no grass is inexcusable! I am talking about EVERY fairway! The pro shop attendant was amazingly friendly and even remembered my name on the turn. I think he did that level of service to counteract the conditions of the course. If you really don't care play there that's all.

It was super packed, day after thanksgiving is always like that though, but the conditions were perfect. If the wind is calm play this course asap. It's a little too much to pay but if you find a deal it's worth it!

Have played many times, fairways are in great shape and the greens are almost perfect with being punched a few weeks backs. It's the best time to plays this course get out there now!

First of all I was over charged at the pro shop from when I booked on their website and then the greens!!!! Oh my god the greens are the same texture as the back of a fat guys neck! It's horrible. This course is way over priced do not pay full rate. The 60's called and want this course back!

It's in great shape. Greens speed changes from hole to hole though. A lot of different shot types to choose from on this course.
