Tips is 4500. Mostly par 3's with a couple driveable par 4's and 2 par 5's. I wish I would have known that prior to booking.

Great course for the money
Excellent range and huge practice putting green. Great bang for the buck. Pace of place was a bit slow, finished in just over 4 1/2 hours.
