Tubac Golf Resort - Rancho/Otero
Played On 08/31/2015Enjoyable Course
True green and fairways but you may have to pay dearly (i.e. lost ball) to trips to the rough.
I hope to play this course again soon, but after the Monsoon season (caused about a 1 hour delay due to the lightning and thunder)
Catalina Course at Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa
Played On 08/10/2015Easy to follow course
This is a nice and easy to follow course. KUDOS to the staff especially the guys in charge of course maintenance. From Tee to Green everything was in great shape (Thick but consistent rough). I do recommend this course and will hopefully play it again.
Orange Tree Golf & Conference Resort

Nice course, greens were a little in need of some work but very playable.
Starfire Golf Club - The King Course
Played On 06/23/2015Good course for all
We played as a trio athe 0635 and finished in just over three and a half hours. From the time we arrived to the we left the premises everyone was friendly and accommodating. The coursewas in great condition and I'd be happy to play it again and recommend it to my friends.
North at Randolph Golf Course
Played On 04/05/2015A good morning for golf
We were a bit late teeing off because of the crowd but it worked out ok, we finished in just over an hour. Green were fast and the fairways in great condition. We enjoyed our morning.
Forty-Niner Country Club
Played On 03/15/2015Ok Course
Average course, friendly staff and a wide open course with few obstacles.
Silverbell Municipal Golf Course
Played On 03/13/2015Nice Course
Silverbell is a very clean facility with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. We played in just over 3.5 hours. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in verY good shape and the rough was forgiving, the only downside were the bunkers. Seems they were more hard packed dirt than sand. Overall a nice course and I will be playing it again.
El Rio Golf Course
Played On 09/22/2014Nice course
The course was in good shape, fairways and roughs were well maintained and the course was easy to follow. The greens were slow but consistent making them easy to play. A few of the tee boxes are in need of maintenance as they are overgrown with uneven plots of grass. As with most muni courses here in Tucson the bunkers are terrible. They have little or no sand and are basically loose packed dirt. They are definitely in need of attention.
Overall, Trini Alvarez El Rio golf course is quite nice and I'd recommend it.
Torres Blancas Golf Club
Played On 09/01/2014At least it's golf
The electric carts saved the two star rating. First time I've ever played an 18 hole golf course with no indication which tee you are on, nothing to tell you what the par is (lucky I use a scorecard) or how far it is to the green. There is no beverage cart, no marshals to assist in finding the tees and no map on the scorecard to give an idea of the shape of the hole. Not everyone has a GPS so you are left shooting blind on the majority of the holes. This is my first time on the course. Not sure I'll be going back.
Quail Creek Golf Club - Coyote/Road Runner Course
Played On 07/07/2014Beauty of a course
After finishing the Coyote we were two holes from completing the Quail before getting caught in the monsoon. These courses at Quail Creek are very well kept and the views are beautiful to say the least.
Anchorage Golf Course
Played On 06/06/2014Please don't bypass this one
Grat course with enough challenges to keep you on your toes. If you're into aa scenic round of golf you can't beat AGC.
Haven at Haven Public Golf Club
Played On 06/06/2014Nice Course
Expansive fairways and and great weather made for a wonderful day of golf. We finished in just over 3 hours, which I enjoyed, with 2 in the cart. The greens were decent as they were being seasonally maintained.
Oops! Correction. I meant to say just over four (4) hours. Sorry about that.
