Requesting a refund

I had to stop play shortly into my round of golf yesterday because of the weather. The pro shop manager advised me to contact GolfNow since that is how I booked the tee time. He said that you would contact the course to verify the cancellation of my round in order for you to issue me a refund. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.
