The thing I like best about Champions is that the staff is so great and willing to help you in any way. The food is excellent so a quick sandwich before you play will keep you charged up for the whole round. Now I go to the first tee feeling really good about being there which is like the game, a mental challenge. I start off good, I end up good.
The course is in good shape considering all the rain we have had. The rough parts of the course are caused by the players and not the fault of the groundskeepers. A good value for your money. Fun course and occassionaly the deer and bobcat will slip out to say hi.

Only three stars for amenities since kitchen is closed for remodeling and there was no courtesy cart on the course. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Loved playing the course. Pretty layout with wide fairways.

Booked on golf now to play a new course for us. played gold/blue at 9:08 and everyone was extremely helpful. Pace was great for us. 3:45 for the round. Never pushed or delayed. We had a great time and donated a few balls to the water dragons. 90 degree rule was very acceptable. Looking forward to coming back. Greens were a little rough but it is winter and a bad cold snap. Acceptable.
