First 3 holes are true testers... nice layout, changes in elevation .. some water.
Ball rolls as pure as a country club green.. awesome.

Good distance to challenge, perfect greens (no patchyness/spots - easier to read but with tricky undulations. ) Good stuff. 84 bucks via golf now seems like a good deal for primetime at a very well kept course like this.

Fair track - different shapes - some holes more forgiving than others. Good changes in elevation on back 9 decent greens.

Nothing to be unhappy about here. Maybe tee-boxes are a 7/10 not horrible, but not country club (you're also not paying country club prices.

Overall- good track to play

Rough tee boxes, and many rough around the edges, but hey, you're paying $50. This course is plenty of challenge, if not a little short. Good greens. "Is what it is" good little fall back and probably one of the best at this price point
