The tee boxes & fairways were in excellent shape. Green were good. The sand traps need some work, but considering all the rain overall not bad. They are doing some work on course, but I would say overall I liked it & would play again when drier.

Loved the character of this golf course & the different holes twisting around the course. Greens were punched & a little bumpy , but still good.

I have been coming to Florida for 7 winters now & this was my first time playing Deer Island. I already booked another round before leaving this course I loved it so much. This will be a frequent stop from now on every winter I come down. Bravo!!! Great track!!!!

Front 9 is very tight so you better be able to hit the ball straight. Back 9 is a little more forgiving, but overall a very nice course.

You can see the improvements. I read reviews that said they have made improvements & you can see them. Just a few bunkers need a little work but overall very nice course.
