No doubt about it, Pound Ridge is a beautiful course, well laid out, in a picturesque setting. The Pete Dye design is extremely difficult, and a terrific challenge for better golfers. The greens were a bit disappointing, however, with lots of rough spots. Also, the club has stretched "seasonal" rates to the beginning of November, much later than most other public courses. The $165 per person rate seems excessive, especially when golfnow rates can be easily secured at $120.

I have played Mansion Ridge before and have never been disappointed. It is well cared for and exhibits some of the most beautiful backdrops of any course I've played. Joined together with an interesting and challenging layout, you will never be bored. And...the restaurant food is terrific!

Mizner Country Club is a private, residential golf community located conveniently west of the Atlantic Avenue entrance to Florida's Turnpike. It is in great condition year round, and offers 6 sets of tees for all levels of golfers. Its warm and friendly atmosphere make it among the most ideal places to live and play golf in all of South Florida! There are limited numbers of Annual (non-resident) memberships available.
