Decent track, challenging at times with some tough holes. Pace of play was way to slow, waited at almost every tee box - 5 hour round. Little to no landscaping around the course other than it looked like dirt was just pushed into place and left. Not a pleasing look.

This course has a good layout, but the conditions were very poor. Greens were horrible, worst ones that I have played on in the PSP area. Ball bounced all over the place on them. The course needs a ton of maintenance and landscaping. The only hole that was decent looking was the last par 5 around the green - thought I was on a different course...
Driving range was all dirt, looked like a waste collection area. It's too bad as this could be a very nice course, but it certainly needs some $ injected to improve it. I won't be back.
