Greens were good, and fairways in very good shape. Traps had nice sand. Tee boxes were beat. Biggest complaint was lack of a driving range. At 74 with lots of orthopedic issues, either I hit the driving range, or my first few holes are ugly. That was the case. Kinda ruins an otherwise nice day.

Driver friendly, but tough greens. Nice layout, good shape. Often windy. For the price, should have GPS on carts. Also on the front nine especially, the construction really ruins the ambiance. I realize they need to build, but it seems overwhelming. Has gotten a bit pricey over the past few years.

Greens on the front were a bit sketchy, but the back was better. Tee boxes and fairways were decent. I like the fact that there are few houses around the course. Pretty open driving landing areas. Most water is not really in play.

Greens were a little shaggy, and the tee boxes are not flat. Other than that, a fun course...some water quite a few trees. Greens not too slopey. Sand a bit thin, but could still get out. Pace of play was great. Only waited a bit on the last few holes, and had no one behind us. 3:40 time and we had a threesome, including a novice.
