A not so great review, mainly for the front 9. Greens very patchy and bobbly. Fairways not kept great either, grass too long and there was aggregate and brick showing through in places. Most bunkers were a state or under construction. Back 9 however was a lot better. If the front was as good I would of been writing a much different review. Back 9 is very well kept and has some water hazards. Has potential, more bunkers around the greens and other hazards would improve it massively. All in all there are much better courses to be played for that price.
