Played here for years at least a couple times a year. Course in great shape, possibly the best I’ve ever seen it. Had a nice time with wife and kids. Minus some wet spots due to recent heavy rain and greens that are a bit jumpy, it was a treat playing Saturday. Staff is friendly. The front nine layout has opportunities to hear “fore” on a number of occasions, still some great holes with lots of up and down hill shots. Back nine is more tight with individual holes that still go up and down with terrain. Lots of water and ponds on back, but rarely comes into play. Keep it up GP.

The course is really getting into shape. Greens were quick, tees were in decent shape, pace of play was best I’ve seen in years. We had a nice round.

Overall a great course. Great value, only paid $13 on a last minute hot deal. Would play again. Greens were well kept. Fairways were in good shape as were tee boxes.

Greens are in rough shape. Tee boxes need some attention. Hopefully new management will address these. Nice layout and potential is there. Played w a member and his daughter, who were wonderful people and a joy to play with. They helped with the layout and made the day fun. Post round we enjoyed the bar and apps. Amenities were very good.

I was really surprised by the courses conditions this early in the season. Very well kept!! Great value. Hot Deal for $24 + fees with cart. Great layout and fun to play. Would go back next trip to Savannah. Loved all the different types of planes flyin over.

The reviews are right on. This course is a bit rough now, but they are working on getting it back to true Donald Ross standards. The staff was fertilizing, cutting back brush, blowing leaves, etc. It's only a matter of time before it's going to be more fun to play. Tee to green it's a pretty easy, straight forward course, but the greens and surrounding areas were very difficult to judge-speedy, a bit hard, and tough to read. I would have to play more to get used to it.
