Played Hawks Landing golf course and enjoyed the course conditions and challenging greens.
Well designed holes that we played from the Green tee boxes (one from the tips).
Challenging layout.
Drink cart came by frequently. Worth the trip for challenging golf.

My son and I played 4 courses in the area and this was our favorite. Staff was friendly and the golf layout was excellent-as expected. No holes were the same and the scenery and variation of each hole was great. Recommend giving this a try. You will not find a lot of amenities but you will find a great course for those who want to just play golf. It was a slower round (4.5 hours) and we didnt see a ranger but still an excellent experience. Be sure to stop in for a cold "Dunes Lager" as the bar server was very friendly and helpful.

Played this course during strong winds. What a challenge! Very good layout but we were not aware of the strong winds that happens here many times. Overall I would recommend the golf but not the hot wings afterwards which are small and appear premise.

Wide fairways are visually appealing and rough was very playable. We played from the tips and it offered multiple club options. Course was green already and in good condition. Greens were still a bit dormant but still ok. Staff was very good and the feel of the place was very good. I would recommend getting away from the strip and coming out there to play . You will like.
