Played On 05/02/2023Great course in great shape
Took my son to play for his birthday as neither of us had ever played this course. Felt like we were the only ones on the course and the fairways and greens were in excellent condition.

This has always been a favorite course while visiting Ruidoso. Greens are in perfect shape, and course maintained nicely even in midst of previous rain.

The greens were a little slow and could use a trim but they were in good condition. Liked the layout and the pace of play was perfect. Really only complaint is that there was no water on the course (to drink). It was 90 degrees which is unusual for Ruidoso but with the altitude the water would have been appreciated.
Otherwise, a great round of golf with my son.

Was not expecting much from this course I've never heard about. The staff was so kind to me and my son. Pace of play was slightly slower than I'd wish but the course was in good shape. We will definitely have to go back.
