About

I have played 100's of golf courses around the country and enjoy to play many more courses. I have enjoyed working with juniors and all golfers. I love playing golf in wind rain or shine. I have been privileged to watch the masters at August National and the tour championship at East Lake. I always enjoy a good golf challenge. I love watching PGA tour golf in my free time with my favorite golfers being Jordan Speith and Rickie Fowler. Golf to me truly is a extremely enjoyable game that can make you happy or mad but that is why I love. I hope to see more juniors playing and juniors and I hope to see many more golf courses. Hope to see you on the course soon!

Decent course in average neighborhood

Played here on a rainy cold day. Berkeley Hills golf club is located in Duluth, Georgia not to far away from Downtown Atlanta. The course was designed by world golf hall of fame member Gary Player in 1971. Coming into the day lots of people told me it was a incredible golf course as nice as Atlanta Athletic Club and TPC Sugarloaf, however I never got that impression. I played here in the summer too and the course just wasn't that jaw dropping.

The course is in a decent neighborhood but some of the views of the near by streets seemed to be kind of beat. The clubhouse was pretty nice, but the men's grill health score was a 77 which is not very good. The practice facilities are decent with a large putting green and decent range.

The course itself was decent, however the green where very nice. 17 was my favorite hole. The fairways where ok rough was short and tee boxes where in good shape. I found the course to be slightly overrated but I would recommend the course if you are playing in the summer.

Druid Hills is a atlanta premier course

I've played Druid Hills golf club twice, and has never disappointed. The course is a Herbert Becker masterpiece designed in 1912 but was later redesigned by Bob Cupp in 2003.The course is one of the primer golf courses in downtown Atlanta. Druid Hills is the host of one the biggest amateur tournament of the year the Dogwood Invitational. The courses scenery of the Atlanta skyline is wonderful.

The clubhouse and practice facilities are absolutely incredible. With the massive two story clubhouse and superior practice facilities it's no wonder why it's one of the premier courses. With a large driving range and immaculate chipping and putting green and huge clubhouse with stacked assessories.

The course is immaculate where it starts on the fifth hole with a view of the skyline and of the buetifuel gardens. The creek that goes through most of the course will sure gobble up some balls. My favorite hole is the short par 4 16th hole. The Druid hills is a great course and play it if you get the chance.

Great course south of Myrtle Beach

Played here the other day and what a course. My family ventures to Myrtle Beach from Atlanta about once a year, the course is about 20 minutes away from Myrtle Beach so not to much of a drive. The par 72 hole masterpiece was built on a rice plantation in 1985. The whole course is buetifuel with a lot wildlife and over 115 sand traps. Plus water comes into play on 15/18 holes on the course.

The best hole on the course in my opinion was the par 3 14th 150 yards from the member tees. The island green is gaurded by 5 bunkers and a water hazard and has to remind you of the infamous 17th hole at TPC sawgrass. The 18th hole was also incredible and 14&18 where named the 2 nicest holes south of Myrtle Beach. And when I played the course it was in magnificent shape.

The practice facilities where amazing and the clubhouse was a great surprise with a large ballroom and massive eating space. The course is a great course and on the Waccamaw golf trail.

Another great Sandestin course

This was May third time at the Sandestin Resort and I’ve still not had a bad experience. Played here again but first time at the Burnt Pines course and holy cow what a course. For the winter the course was in fantastic shape. The holes with water where very scenic as well as mostly all the par 3’s.

With a spacious clubhouse there is plenty of room to host all kinds of events and the staff was very nice. With the amazing staff this four star course had to be turned into a five. The facilities and the range where in great shape. The resort itsel& is very nice with some great people.

Great resort course

Played here a few times but never done a review. For a resort course in the fall in was in immaculate shape. The greens where really pure and the views of the lake on the back nine where real nice. The clubhouse was small but nice the range was really nice with unlimited balls and a good chipping green. The course itself was really nice 11,12,13,14,15 are really strong holes. There used to be 2 courses here however it went bankrupt about 12 years ago.

The area around the course and the resort are very nice and I thought that the Legacy Lodge was pretty nice. The food there was good and the view was amazing. Overall great course.

Great course in a great neighborhood

Played here the other day on a cold day but wow what a Course. Now I’ve played some really nice courses around the country but wow this for a local course was very nice. The practice facilities are pure and the clubhouse is nice and big.

The course itself was so pure for the winter and wow the 17th hole was great and hitting approach to about 6 feet was the highlight of the day. I really liked the layout and the different holes.

If your done with your round and you have time go to the outside porch area and watch the other players finish on 9.

Overall great day at Bridgemill.

Fun at Jacks

Played the course the other day and was in great shape. Unbelievable clubhouse and I was happy to see we where hitting of grass. The chipping green was great and the staff was friendly. Loved the overall course with Jack Nicklaus best holes the par 3s where amazing and I loved the par 3 6th. The par 5s however are very assessable.

The food in the clubhouse is good being a clubcorp Course. The course is a little expensive but it’s wortb it and it’s not overly crazy.

Great round by the king

Played here with a member couple weeks ago and it was a pleasant surprise. The course was in very good conditions for January but wow was the course hard. First of all the staff is INCREDIBLE they are so nice and the food was amazing. I’d say the signature hole is 16 with water on the right but 18 is still very good.

The practice facilities where great and with 2 putting greens goo place to get your day started. The oaks trees around the course give a nice touch. Some parts of the course are open but if not on the course will beat you up. The greens where running fast and firm. Overall great course and amazing people.

Decent course unreal layout

First of all Peachtree City is a huge golf city and the course is definitely one of the top in the area however the conditions just didn’t blow me away. Let’s start of by saying it was January so Courses won’t be in the best shape but it wasn’t bad. The course has a ton of water hazards definitely have to be on your A game.

The highlight holes where definitely coming down the stretch on the back nine. I really thought the back nine was the best nine on the whole Peachtree City trip.

The only complaint is the practice facilities the putting green is good but I’m just not the person that like putting greens without holes. The range was good but the chipping green wasn’t great. Overall with a nice clubhouse the course was pretty good.

Great Brother to the big course

Played here on my coastal Georgia golf trip in early December and the course was very pure. Played two of the courses at the resort and just unreal experience. The practice facilities where great for me to practice before and after my rounds and get used to the fast greens.

The clubhouse facilities where very respectable and the course itself was amazing hole six was the closest to the ocean but 8 was a good par 5 and I like 17. The course can get windy but bring your A game to this beast.

Best ocean course I’ve ever played

Wow! Played this course right after New Years and it’s no suprise the PGA tour comes here year after year. The course was so pure right on the ocean and boy where the views amazing. The clubhouse was so perfect and I’ve never seen a practice range next to an ocean. The people there where amazing and the resort amenities where incredible. Overall best course in the Georgia coast for sure.

Good course with good atmosphere

Played here the other day with a member and thought the course was a good but tough track. The course was in fairly good shape and the fairways where good with many unrelated fast greens and deep rough. There was lots of high grass if you get up in the high stuff. The bunkers where in good shape and the staff was attentive. The clubhouse was nice and enjoyed the practice facilties overall highly recommend this course.

Nicest course I’ve ever played

Played here in the summer and I was speechless. There is literally nothing wrong with the course it’s just so pure and perfect. The greens are fast and the grass is just green.

The clubhouse is small and loved the old 1942 touches. The whole course was difficult with a creek running through most of the holes. The course is owned Augusta National and is the second best course in Georgia by Golf Digest.

The greenery on the course was nice and the par 3’s where perfect. No doubt best course I’ve ever played.

Best course in Canada?

Played here on my Toronto golf trip and wow. With all the recent rain I guess the course was just pure green. The greens where a little slow but just a crazy good course. The range was great and I thought it was cool being a Nike golf course.

The course itself was amazing and what a special back nine. I learned the design passed away before seeing the finished project but man what a Course he designed.

Afterwards we went to grab a steak in the clubhouse which was great and what a cool clubhouse best seen on the par 5 ninth. Overall incredible day and best course in my Canada trip.

Great course to accompany the big course

Played here after are round at the big course and felt it was a nice course. For a par 3 course it wasn’t bad just grab a drink a cart and go. The course was very scoreable there was no water but there where some long holes like the second hole. The course was very nice it was a little wet but it wasn’t terrible. Overall decent par 3 course to accompany big course.

Best course at Lake Muskoka

After my group came up from Toronto we played here and man was it spectacular. The course was so lush and perfect. The staff was very friendly and the range was really nice. The only complaint was it was really wet but with all the rain in Canada that’s expected.

The course itself was so nice with all the rock formations I really liked how they did 7 min increments on tee times because on the buetifuel back nine highlighted by the 17th felt like there was nobody there. There where lots of great holes and was a one of a kind course.

Great value nobody knows about

What an increadable day today at Old South golf links. Played here today and really enjoyed the course a lot. On my visit to Hilton Head we played 4 courses I I thought this was the best " value" course. The course winds through the marshland and gives a very southern feel especially on the southern marshland. The buetifuel mossy oaks where great and loved the conditions. There where lots of tough holes only having 2 birdies I felt it. But man was the stretch of 16,16,17,18 great. 17 was my favorite par 3 on the trip.

The facilities are very nice and the grass driving range was well manacured and the putting green was fast. The marshalls were nice and very helpful. I really enjoyed the unique clubhouse and the island green you hit to, to try to get a free round. The gators on this course are everywhere so always be heads up and looking where your going especially near the marshland.

Overall I felt that it was a great value and highly reccomend it on your next trip to Hilton head.

Best course on RTJ golf trail

I played here in a four ball tournament and man, what a golf course. First of all the PGA tour holds the Barbusol championship here every year. The course was in fantastic shape and the clubhouse was huge and spacious. The food was also good and the guy at front desk was attentive.

The practice facilities were good and liked the putting green. And enjoyed the fact there where no mats on the range and only hit of grass. The course itself was great and loved 15,and 17 two great par 3's. I liked all the par 3's and the holes on lake sugarhatchee are great. The bridge from 9 to 10 is massive and can be a distraction on 17.

Overall the course was great and the whole expierence is hard to soak up!

Good course for the price

Played here with my dad's friends who play here often. The course for a wet February day wasn't bad but I felt it could have been better. The clubhouse is nice and spacious with a preatty average restraint. The practice facilities were decent and the driving range was pretty nice. The putting green was big but the chipping area was not my cup of tea.

The course itself was pretty average I honestly didn't like all the elevation changes. But I did feel the par 5's had character. And I did like the greens and the many collection areas throughout the course. The trees were nice and liked the distance from fairways to homes. I hit a lot of wedges and short irons. My driving was on though and 16,17,18 are a very hard closing stretch and boy is 18 a long par 4. Overall I though it was a decent course.
