Rancho del Pueblo Golf Course
Played On 04/05/2017Good Course, Fairways,Greens!
Played this course for the first time. I was very impressed the quality of it. It is kind of tucked away in the middle of San Jose, but very accessible. The weather was nice, along with the fairways, and greens. I wish the course was longer, but it is what it is. Definitely nice to get out to play a quick 9, to get your fix. I will recommend to my fellow golfers.

Played On 04/02/2017This Is The Worst Course I Have Ever Played
This is the worst course to play by far!!! Save your money, your time, and gas to drive to this place.... I have no clue why it remains open, there is no course maintenance. Lost balls in the middle of what's suppose to be the fairway. There was no update or info on course conditions from the pro shop. Wet is one thing from recent rains, course carelessness is another. This place should be closed until wet grounds permit the personal to maintain the greens and fairways. Shocked there accepting customers and taking there money. FYI the Marshall is rude, and has a bad attitude. I will never return here, and do not recommend to anyone. Steer clear.

Played On 04/01/2017Great Course To Play, Was Alot Of Fun
Tried this course out for the first time, it was fun and defiantly a good time. Was wet in some spots along with goose droppings, but was not a big deal at all. The course layout was nice with fairly good size greens. The only downside was the greens were recently aerated a week or two ago so our ball during putting was bouncing around. We spoke to the pro shop about it, the lady at the front desk was very nice and compensated us for money off on our next round. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Overall this is a great course and layout, I will refer my fellow golfers, and defiantly be visiting again for another round. Big Thanks to Santa Clara Muni!!

We have been drying out from the wet (did I mention really wet?) winter/spring and the geese have moved on. Our greens have come back nicely with sun and warm weather and are rolling well.

Played On 03/30/2017Good Course, Good Layout.
Moffet Field Golf, has been my go to course. Overall is a good 18 hole course, with variety and character. Its pretty awesome to be able to play on the airfield base. Good tee boxes, good fairways, good greens, I play here 2-3 times a month, defiantly the best bang for your buck. I will refer my fellow golfers here. Come play the links at Moffet Field.
Deep Cliff Golf Course
Played On 03/23/2017Good Local Course To Play For The Value.
Deep Cliff is a good overall course. People complain that it has no Par 5's, then they should play a course that has Par 5's. Simple...... Deep Cliff is a good short course that is local, with a good location and setting. It is nice to be able to play 18 holes, but not take too long to do so. I will be recommending to my fellow golfers, and will be returning. Thank You Deep Cliff.
Pruneridge Golf Course

Decent Course and Lay out. Nice to get out to do a quick 9. Pruneridge has a nice location, price is decent to play. They have a good warm up putting green, and a nice double level driving range. I will recommend to my fellow golfers, and will return. Thank You Pruneridge.

How sad, the person in the pro shop and the Marshall, being unprofessional/ bad customer service to feel the need to lie. Never once did we not follow the "cart path only" rule, or be "reprimanded " multiple times. The unprofessionalalism keeps getting better and better. Poor service matches the poor course. What kind of show are they trying to run there. Steer clear people..... save yourselves from not wasting your time, nor having a bad experience.
I was the pro shop attendant when this gentleman played. I explained to him before he paid that we were still in recovery from almost 100" of rain this winter and we had several areas on the golf course that were still unable to be mowed and that we were "cart path only" with electric carts. He violated the cart path only rules several times and had to be reprimanded more than once by the marshal. At the end of his round, he confronted the marshal in the parking lot and refused to return his cart to the cart return area. He called me from his car after he left and was very rude to me on the phone but I dis offer him a complimentary round in a few weeks once our golf course was in better condition at which time he hung up on me. HE WAS THE RUDE PERSON!
