I played 27 holes in 1.5 hours. You can tee from mats or grass, the grass needs some help in the tee boxes but it is January, so no biggie. The greens were kinda dormant but were smooth and challenging and they are TINY with lots of slope! Sure, the shortest hole is only 45 yards but the green is less than 3 yards deep, so getting on is no gimme. Played the second and third rounds with just my 7 iron and putter. You can think of it as 'demitasse' golf, but it is really golf, make no mistake!

The owner was there, really nice guy, super friendly. Easy access from Eastex Fwy (59). Great value for the money. If you buy two games, you get to play the rest of the day as much as you want, including in-and-out privileges. At $5.50 a round (w/o cart), you cannot beat it!

Had a great time, will return with my 11 year old son, and it will be a match for the ages!!
