Been playing since I was 5 years old. After 20 years of playing 1 or 2 scrambles a year I picked the game back up in 2016. Golf is not like riding a bike... I am a solid 19.2 handicap. I can shoot an 80 and the next day shoot a 110.

August golf so I didn't expect it to be perfect but to charge $75 to play greens that were unmanageable is unacceptable. I played to the greens then picked up because they had put so much sand and pebbles out it was unplayable. Simply needs to be closed or charging much less. I will try the course again but disappointed in management choices.
TPC Scottsdale - The Stadium Course

They charge way too much to simply play hole 16 which is so disappointing without the stands. It is an average course at best.

OK guys... I used this site to find a good course to play in Salt Lake. I am from Minnesota and need sites like this to rate courses. There are way too many users rating this course a 4 and 5. This is a terrible course! The tee boxes were the worst I have ever played. We only played the front nine because we couldn't bear any more. Par 37 with 3 400 yard par 5's. You needed to play blue or black to make this course even competitive. If you are visiting Salt Lake to vist and golf do not go to this course. You will be very disappointed. If you are local its probably great value course, really inexpensive to play.
Considering your handicap, every course you play will be competitive.
Man, so since this course isn't competitive, did you shoot under par? How did you do on holes 11-13? It is a shorter course, that being said, small greens and accuracy on approach shots is what this course brings to the table.

I am from Minnesota and took a client out for golf. This course was in amazing shape! As a visitor it was really difficult to read the greens. The pro at the desk did say that all the balls will roll towards the lake but they don't tell you that it does a ton. An up hill view rolls down towards the lake... No joke!
Nibley Park Golf Course

This course is really short and really easy. Layout is nice and very playable. If you are looking for a quick round or you are new to golf then this is the course. Only 9 holes and really close to the city. If you are visiting Salt Lake and looking for plush, nice, scenic courses, this ISN'T it!!
