Greens were ok. Tee boxes were ok. Could not tell the difference between the Fairways and rough. Traps were full of weeds. Weeds every where except greens. Lots of leaves and small twigs all over fairways and rough. Lots of bare spots all over. If you do not mind these conditions it is a good round of golf. I am not very good but enjoy getting out and playing. Palo Verde and Encanto short nine put this course to shame.

I have played this course many times in the past. The current condition is not up to the past standards which were barely above average. T boxes were weedy and the greens were rough. Fairways for winter in AZ were weedy and not kept clean many branches and leaves on the fairways. Played last summer in much better conditions.

I found the staff very friendly, The weather typical for August in AZ, The course in good shape considering we have not had much rain.Greens a T boxes were great.

found the staff and course great. Also condition was excellent and the weather was just right. While we had no problems on the course we found we had no other golfers ahead or behind us to cause any delays. I guess we just got the right T time.

Great value with just enough Challange to make it interesting. Very enjoyable course. I liked the new order of holes.

Will play there again and recomend to others. great shape and friendly attmosphere. Course was easy to play even if you carry your clubs. I carried mine and had no trouble gtting around the course. Club house is nice but was not very buisy.

I have played here before and was very satisfied. However this day the greens were bumpy and the fairways were dry and in both cases in bad shape. I have found better conditions at Desert Mirrage and Glen Lakes and Suncity Riverview.
