Tubac golf course is a excellent course especially during the prime season .. The layout is very good and in most cases the course is in great shape. Very fair course with 4 tees for all ages and player capabilities. My biggest concern with the course is the price. During the prime season in my opinion it prices out the average golfer to play there regular.. Yes it is part of the resort so I am sure during the prime season they are catering to a whole different group of golfers. The facility is very pleasant and the staff always very friendly and helpful.. We have golfed here many times but we pick and choose the best times to do it...

Very nice course ,,,The fairways and greens were in excellent condition.. We only got to golf 10 holes because our golf cart batteries died out.. They were very busy but a cart should be able to do a few rounds at least,, The biggest problem was we called in and they said they were bringing out another cart and it never happened.. After waiting and calling again we ended up making two trips to get ourselves back in without being ale to finish our round.. They promised to give us another round today so that is the reason I am still rating it 4 stars.. I will wait to talk to the GM and change this review if they do not follow through..

Haven is always a nice course to play ..It was very cool early until about a hour in the round then it was perfect weather.. We try to get off early because of the pace in play.. Not the hardest course so play should be a lot faster. I been golfing this course for over 30 years and it's usually in very good condition for the rounds of golf played here.. Staff is friendly but they need to put more emphasis on pace..

We golf here at least 8 times a summer .. The course is always in good shape and fair to the average golfer.. . I would say it would be attractive to most golfers.. The greens are in good condition and the course has enough hazards to give you some challenges.. A great place just to enjoy yourself.. Today everything was great except because of the recent wet conditions there was a new hatch of mosquito's so at least for a while take plenty of spray.. The staff always seems to be very friendly..

We have golfed Fox Lake quite a few times and enjoy it very much.. The course is very fair to all types of golfers with 4 sets of tees..The course was in good condition considering the hot weather we have had.. The greens were in excellent shape.. Good value as well ..

We golfed the Coyote & Rattler courses on a pretty windy day.. The course was in excellent shape and the greens where firm but fair and true.. The Coyote nine is a little easier but both can be very challenging to the average golfer.. The views are spectacular especially on the Rattler nine.. We received a excellent deal through Golfnow so the Value was very good. The staff in all areas where very helpful and friendly.. We will definitely golf here again.

We play here a couple times each year and enjoy it very much. The staff is always very friendly and the course is always in pretty good condition.. The greens were just rolled when we played and not quite as nice as usual.. Indentations from this process made your ball jump at times. Overall the course was in good condition other then the sand traps need work.. Most were pretty hard and need a rake run through them at least every other day.. Would definitely recommend playing here though.. Expect some wind here for sure..

The course is always fun to play but the conditions are very uneven.. Most areas were very hard and the greens have very little grass to them.. The greens ran true and weren't terrible except for green #18.. The ducks are taking it over and it needs repair badly.. Some sand traps were partially filled with water and other areas very soft but mostly the course was very hard and dry. Either the sprinkler system got away from them or they got a heavy rain NO one else in this area received..Don't get me wrong we enjoy the course most of the time but it needs more even consistent watering and a lot of TLC..

We have golfed the Haven plenty of times but this was one of our most enjoyable rounds here.. The course is always in pretty good shape and the greens were are very fair and true.. Sometimes play here can be some what slow but on this particular day we never waited on a single hole.. Days like this make you want to golf everyday ..Thanks to everyone at the course..We will definitely be back..

Tubac Golf Resort is a excellent track in a beautiful location.. The course is fair to all types of golfers and was in good shape.. I golfed this was some relatives and friends and everyone enjoyed themselves.. If I would have any complaint it would be the sand traps.. Not sure what type of sand they use but plays some what different then most.. The greens are true and in most cases seemed fairly quick.. The course is in a beautiful location with some great views of the mountains. The facilities are in excellent shape plus it has a wonderful restaurant (Stables) for relaxing with good food and drinks.. This course was where part of the movie Tin Cup was filmed.. Can be a little pricey certain times of the year..

Excellent layout that made it a good desert course.. At times you needed to carry about 200yds in order to hit the fairways but overall a fair course that had it's challenges.. Once you play the course a few times it probably would be easier just because of club selection.. A couple of great shots ended up in hazards which resulted in penalties.. Course was in good shape and the greens pretty true.. Will definitely play here again..

First time we golfed here and we will definitely go back again.. The staff was very helpful and the starter explained everything you needed to know and a little more .. The course is the home course for UA and is in excellent shape.. The greens were true but we found them a little inconsistent in speed.. Part of that I am sure was the strong winds we had. Beautiful views all around.. The course has 5 sets of tees which should soot all caliber of players. Lot's of amenities including free practice range and bottled water on the cart with plenty more on the course as needed.. Sand traps were groomed well and to our surprise lot's of water hazards for a AZ course.. Great golf course close to the City limits ..

Let me start by saying GVCC is a very nice course.. It wasn't quite as nice as I had seen it before or expected.. Overall the greens were in good shape and your putts rolled true. Some of the fairways must of been cut a little short because even though they seemed to be watered well they still were burnt off and plenty hard in places. The same can be said with some of the tee boxes.. The sand traps where very hard from being watered and then not raked. Since we are familiar with the area and this course just from living real close this was not the way we usually have seen it. Not sure why there seems to be a drop off of the condition of the course but maybe it's just that time of year.. We did take a friend with us and it was a little disappointing since this was the first time he ever played here and we had bragged it up a lot..

I have golfed this course many times over the last 20 years and it was always one of my favorites.. Unfortunately the last couple years things have changed for the worst. It's a great layout with some beautiful views. Hopefully someone will take it over and return it to it's prior condition. The y are priced very reasonable but you should expect poor conditions and slow play since the cost to play is getting people to give it a shot. A real shame for what use to be a wonderful course for a good price..

We golfed here on Saturday with friends. Course was in great shape. The weather was wonderful and play was at a pretty good pace. The facilities are nice and clean but could use some updating. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely golf there again. Good value.

A few years back Canoa Ranch was in terrible condition... Each year now you do see it slowly getting better.. I heard they have new owners and by this time next year I am hoping it takes another jump forward.. Speed of play was good and the greens were plenty quick but not terrible.. Bunkers need sand and were very hard in places..

We had a great time and the view is just superb. Course is in good condition. Can be very challenging when your in the canyon. Wish the place still had a bar and food.. Will definitely go there again...

If your looking for a good challenge this course is for you.. The rough is thick and just long enough,, And the trees are everywhere. :o) ..The course is in good shape.. They have a good pro shop and bar/restaurant .. Will definitely golf it again...

The course was in good shape and overall play was steady to slow at times.. Greens were pretty slow but in good shape.. They do need help in the clubhouse and bar.. It seemed one person was handling it all and when we returned after golf No one was available to wait on us.. To bad we would of stayed a while..

Found this course in pretty good condition considering it was shutdown during the summer...The greens still need some TLC but overall I thought it was in pretty good shape.. Staff were very helpful and friendly... Will golf it again...
