Greens are small, only in fair condition. Fairways are thread bare. No rakes available for sand traps which staff only cares for perhaps once a week? No ball washers, drinking water, nor restrooms on course. Clubhouse is small with limited indoor seating. Winter price is lowest around, but you get what you pay for! On plus side, course is a good challenge from the gold tees, staff is very friendly, and beer (Bud) is only $6 a pitcher.

Virtually no scenery. Every hole is lined on both sides with condos. Greens were a bit shaggy. Fairways semi ragged with no roll. A ho hum course.with zero memorable holes. I am new to the area and gave it a try. I will not return.

Overall the course was in good condition. However the greens lacked consistency from hole to hole. Some were fast , others were slow.. A negative for me was that the bar/restaurant in the clubhouse is closed until further notice. And, there were no vending machines for soda anywhere and no.refreshment cart on course.

Course has great potential , but needs considerable TLC and drains very poorly. Greens and fairways were OK, but there are many areas of the course that need maintenance. Staff was friendly. I did not visit the clubhouse or bar.. Might try it again, but ONLY if it hasn't rained in a few weeks.!
