Fairways and rough are in great shape. The greens were in the best shape I've seen at any course this year.
However the sand traps need a lot of work. Too much standing water in them for having no rain. Felt like you were sitting out of a clay pit. That is the reason I only have it 3 stars for course conditions.

The course is in excellent shape and is pretty challenging. Fairway and greens are in very good shape. Pin placement made for interesting approaches. Had a very fun time. Highly recommend playing here.

The course is in excellent shape and you can tell the staff is making it even better. Challenging yet fun to play. It has very forgiving fairways but doesn't make it easy. You still have to execute your shots or it will drive you nuts. Major plus is the scenery!
