This course has always been a favorite and they have done an amazing job of getting the course back in awesome conditions. From tees to greens, it’s in great shape again!

I had the second tee timeout on a Sunday morning. Thought for sure that it was an early tee time, We would be done in 4 hours and probably less. We stood on the 11th tee in just under 3 hours. I asked the beverage girl if she had a walkie and could call the ranger to speed up the group in front. She did...and a few minutes later we saw the ranger drive by. As we went to the 12th tee, we saw the ranger and I asked if he mentioned anything to the group in front. He said that they split up into a 3 and 2. I almost laughed...that he didn't know that the first group out was a 4-some and not a 5-some. Clearly he didn't say anything to them. He then told us that when people make tee times..."we don't ask them how fast they play." The good news was that apparently they did split up 3 and 1...and we finished in just over 4;30.

Sadly this course has been let go and may be in the worst shape of any course I’ve ever played. Most tees are shoddy and looking down the “fairway” you can’t distinguish where the fairway starts, ends or if there is one at all. The greens were in better condition than the rest of the course...which isn’t saying much...and they had lots of patches and bare spots. Tee blocks were positioned on downhill lies on a few holes, which may tell you a lot. I wouldn’t waste my money or my time on this course for at least a year...I won’t waste mine ever again!!

TPC Sawgrass - THE PLAYERS Stadium Course
Played On 11/15/2018First stop of a long weekend...
Wanted to take a long weekend trip to Jacksonville area, then Savannah and then Hilton Head. Stopped first to play the Stadium. I'd played it back in the early 80's after it first opened and certainly a lot had changed. The most recent changes are by far the best. What an amazing course...although not near as difficult as it once was. Perfect conditions, perfect staff...and the practice areas are phenomenal.
North Shore Golf Course
Played On 03/18/2018Extremely slow play and after a call to the pro shop...still no ranger!
Not a bad course but the pace of play was terrible. If you want a 5:30 round...this is the place!!!
