It's a fine layout, but conditions could be better. Greens were fast but full of poorly repaired ball marks. The fairways had numerous and deep divots on the fairways. Players aren't using the sand and the course isn't doing it either..

For winter conditions this was a nice day on a good layout.

They had sanded and grooved greens which made it tough on birdie or par saving attempts

Always a challenging course made more difficult with faster greens, tough pin placements and bumpy greens. I don't know when they aeriated but I hope they improve soon. Lots of tree debris everywhere too

Greens without much living grass. With the exception of a couple of nice fairways, most were in poor condition with bare spots and crab grass. The rough needs lots of weed control as well.
They have placed some new sod on sections of some greens, one was ringed with a bare strip ready for new sod

Looks like the course could use some love.
Tough long layout, lots fairway with unwanted grasses and unfilled divots.

Had the course to myself with the rain and forecast. Cart path only was very justified.

Challenging but fun / playable from the blue tees. Course was still filling in from over-seeding but was 95% there and quite a bargain - should be 100% by now.

The course fee is a sizable discount over many in the area, but only provides average value as it's laid out too close to housing and it's not a gem in terms of appearance
