Due to a frost delay, it became a five hour round. Pace was slow on the front nine but the weather is what it is. This twosome was paired with a father son twosome who were delightful. The greens and fairways were in very good shape. We liked the wider fairways on most holes. We would recommend this course. It was a good value for us.

Staff were wonderful. We appreciated that the starter didn’t make us wait for the second couple but sent us out as a twosome. Greens are in good condition - fast. Play was slow, maybe just due to the older foursome in front of us who just took their good ole time. But, being from Maine, we’ were happy to be playing March golf so we tried not to let it bother us. We played this course for the first time a few years back. It was in much better shape this time.

We were sent out early and excited we were playing as a twosome and not required to team up with two strangers. The greens were in excellent shape! We moved right along for the first four holes, then waited on each of the next five. It turns out there was a five-some two holes in front, slowing the pace of play. After playing the 10th, the five let us play through and we played the back nine at a good pace. While challenging in spots, we enjoyed the course and would certainly play it again if in the area. At $25 each- which included a cart - it was a great value.

Given all the recent rain, the course was in good condition. The fairways, through no fault of the course management, were a bit soggy in places but the greens were in good shape. Despite it being very busy, we played the course in just under four hours. We weren’t pleased that we weren’t told when we booked a 2:30 tee time that we had to be off the course by six. At 6:10 as we were teeing off on 18 we were told by a passing ranger to hurry and get off the course as it was after six. There were foursomes ahead and behind us who were told the same thing. We would play the course again, but certainly would take an earlier tee time as the rushed last hole left a bad taste. It didn’t help our score, for sure, on that hole.

We played the course the day after rains and the course was very wet and cart path only, so there are some drainage issues. All 18 greens were horrific. There was very little grass and they were very bumpy. They were painting the greens to make them look better while we were playing, something we have never seen! Grass on the fairways was almost non-existent as well. The staff was friendly, but nice people only doesn’t make for a good golf experience. The clubhouse is crappy. It was not a good round and we do not recommend the course.

We arrived 30 minutes early (because that is how we roll) and they put us out within ten minutes. While the course was very busy, the pace of play was very good. We played holes 1-18. (They have 27 holes.) There is a fair amount of sand and water. The fairways were in good shape considering the early season. Some of the greens were bumpy in spots (again early season) but they rolled true. The clubhouse staff and starter were very friendly. This was a good valued round for us. We would p,ay here again.

Unfortunately, due to an overnight frost, tee times were behind. Instead of teeing off at 12:52, we did not tee off until after 2 Pm. The greens were in good shape and rolled nicely. The course is very nice. There is a lot of sand and our foursome were in them a lot,,. The staff was nice and kept us informed as to the delay. This was our second time - the first was in 2015. We will beback. The clubhouse and restaurant are very nice. They did have a beverage cart making the rounds. It was a good value.

My husband and I enjoyed the pace of play. The front nine was much more enjoyable than the back nine, as those greens were not in good shape at all. Given the other choices in the area, we likely would not return to this course.

We imagine that this course must be stunningly beautiful when everything is green - given the lake, elevated tees and trees. Even in March it was in great condition! It pitted true . We very much enjoyed our round. We got an awesome deal through Holf Now.

We enjoyed the friendliness of people. Even though there were just two of us, they did not pair us with others and we appreciated that. While loading our car post-round, a club member noticed our !aine plates and took the time to come over and thank us for playing the course. We will come here again.
